  Your new mattress will feel different from your old one. Allow your body at least 30 days to adjust to the extra support and comfort of your new Beds by Design mattress. After 30 days, if you would like to make an adjustment, give us a call. We can make it softer, firmer, or more supportive based on your needs. We recommend using one of our mattress protectors to keep your new mattress from Beds by Design clean and alergen free. If you choose not to, however, cleaning your mattress frequently is the best way to remove alergens, dust mites, and skin cells. Quarterly, vacuuming your mattress will help keep it clean. Be sure to clean the upholstrey attachment for your vacuum, remove all of the sheets and beding, and vacuum the surface of the mattress. Long, slows strokes, two to three times in each area is best for the vacuum to extract all of the particles. For spot cleaning your mattress, it is best to use a small amount of mild detergent and water. Water cannot be added to some foam materials in mattresses, so it is best to use as little water as possible to remove the spots. A toothbrush maybe used to scrub the area. To deodorize, sprinkle a box of baking soda on the mattress. Let the baking soda stand for 2 – 6 hours and then vacuum the mattress. Protect your mattress with a mattress protector, then a mattress pad, before putting sheets back onto the bed.

Our Trade-In program is a wonderful way to extend your mattress investment. Simply put, for however long you own one of our mattresses, you can upgrade to a higher end model and only pay the price difference. So, if you purchased an $800 mattress, but would like to upgrade to the $2500 mattress, then you will only pay $1700 to upgrade! Your current mattress from Beds by Design will never lose its value! We will simply bring it back to our shop and rebuild it the same day! Some restrictions apply. Transportation and cost of materials apply. Thirty days between adjustments required.
